Premier Care Responds To Recent Articles About Bathtub Incident

In response to the recent articles about the woman being stuck in a Premier Care Walk-in Bath, we want to express that Premier Care in Bathing’s primary concern is always for our customers and their safety. Our mission is and will remain to provide our customers with the ability to bathe safely and more comfortably and to allow them to remain in their own homes longer. We have provided thousands of Premier customers with safety, independence and the ability to remain in their homes. All products manufactured by Premier have undergone the strictest testing, and are IAPMO (International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials) approved.

Premier Care in Bathing has not officially been served a complaint, however we have seen a copy of the allegations made by the Plaintiff’s attorney. While we take these allegations seriously, we believe they are totally without merit. We intend to vigorously defend this and are confident we will prevail in court.
